Urku Chaqui means to walk up the mountain by foot.  This is a perfect metaphor for how you can change your life by working with the plant medicines.  Maestro Alberto Ferrari Chavez and his staff will help you heal many areas of your life; both physical and emotional issues, with the "master plant dieta".  This involves eating a special diet of no salt, sugar or stimulants of any kind, staying in the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the majestic Peruvian jungle and getting in touch with the silence inside while being serenaded by the animals, birds and insects of the jungle.  The Urku Chaqui team will take care of you while you allow yourself to completely immerse yourself into the dieta and learn from the plants and let them heal and teach you.  The Ayahuasca ceremonies are offered up to 3 times in the course of the 8 day dieta in order to cleanse your body and take your experience deeper.  Ayahuasca is becoming very well known across the world and she is the Mother plant that heals and teaches at a very deep level

The objective of dieting with the plants.

The overall objective is to highlight the human and natural resources of traditional medicines and develop a true therapeutic  alternative for healing addictions and other physical and emotional conditions. To create a botanical garden to recover all the medicinal plants of the Amazon, promote the study, preserve genetic material, and spread its healing properties. 
To conduct, encourage and promote through direct action, education and scientific research projects to establish a dialogue  and have a more harmonious relationship between scientific medicine and traditional medicine of the Amazon.
